Finding CITI Test in WTS-Workspace
If you've been informed that you have access to CITI Test, a version of CITI reserved for test use, you can find it by following these steps on WTS-Workspace:
- Click on the “Start” menu in the lower-left corner:
- Choose “File Explorer”:
- Double-click on “Local Disk (C:)”:
- Open the “Program Files” folder, then open the “CITITestClient” folder, within you will find “CITI Test Client.exe”:
Note: If you'd like to make a quick shortcut to the program for easy access, do not make a shortcut directly on the desktop, this will get removed, instead:

Right-click on the CITI Test Client icon and choose either “Pin to Start” or “Pin to Taskbar”:
- “Pin to Start” puts the icon in the Start menu for easy access:
- “Pin to taskbar” puts a shortcut in the bottom bar of your screen:
