How do I install AIC licensed Adobe Creative Cloud apps on my home computer? You must already have obtained an Adobe ID from Technical Support Services (TSS) to proceed with these instructions. If you do not have a TSS provided Adobe ID, submit a service request here. Go to https://www.adobe.com/ in your web browser. Click the "Sign In" button Enter the the exact same ARTIC email address that was provided by TSS to register your account. ex. xsmith@artic.edu If prompted to select what type of account you're logging into, select Company or School Account You will be directed to the ARTIC SSO. Login with the same username, ex. xsmith, and your ARTIC account password. Click on the "All your Apps" button Select and download the Adobe app you want to install. Once the installer window opens, sign in to your Adobe account again. The Creative Cloud desktop app launches automatically and installs your app. To add more applications on your computer, launch Creative Cloud desktop app and install. Note: TSS cannot provide technical support in the event that the applications do not function as desired on a personal device.
