Note: Connecting to WTS-Workspace will allow you to access an AIC-hosted server that has our standard software installed. This includes Raisers Edge, CITI, Adobe Acrobat CC suite and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

You will need to have Microsoft Remote Desktop installed.
Available here for Mac(Note: Installation will require administrative credentials, please contact us at itsupport@artic.edu for assistance with installation.)
The Microsoft Remote Desktop application icon will look like this:

Note: If your Microsoft Remote Desktop application has been configured in the past for a previous project, you may see a second tab called "Workspaces" with information filled out already.

Do not use this tab to access WTS-Workspace. Make sure the PCs tab is selected as you follow this guide and access WTS-Workspace.
