How do I sign into the Adobe Creative Cloud applications?
The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application should be available on all workstations deployed after August of 2020. On your computer, you will be able to download and install each Adobe application without the need of admin credentials.
After an Adobe ID has been created for you, you our staff will let you know which email address to type in on the below sign-in box. Please refer to our correspondence with you to confirm which email address to type in. Typing in one of the aliases instead may result in the Applications displaying as trials.
Signing in and accessing your apps:
- Locate the Adobe Creative Cloud application in your Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (MacOS)
- When you open the application, you'll see a sign in window, enter in your ARTIC SSO credentials like so:
- Afterwards, you'll be redirected to our familiar SSO page, continue signing in as normal:
- That's it! If you've loaded up an application directly, you'll immediately be able to use it,
Note: On WTS-Workspace, you will not be able to install additional Adobe applications. The WTS-Workspace environment is only capable with a limited selection of applications have been pre-installed, you can open each application directly.
Once signed into the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application, you'll see a screen like this, indicating that you have Adobe Applications available for install:
To install an Application, click on the Install button, then wait for the application to download and install. After it's been installed, it will be displayed in the section below:
