How do I find my IP Address?

Windows

On your desktop there is an application named FindMyIP. Double click on it and a small window will display with your computer's IP Address.

Alternatively, if it's been removed or is otherwise not there, you can manually locate it by following these steps:

Click on Start.
Type in cmd.
Click on the result named Command Prompt.
Within Command Prompt, type in ipconfig and press enter.
The result listed next to IPv4 Address is your IP Address.

Mac

Within your Applications folder there is an application named FindMyIP. Click on it and a small window will display with your computer's IP Address and inventory number.

Alternatively, if it is not there, you can manually locate it by following these steps:

On the top left corner of your screen click on the Apple icon.
Click on System Preferences.
On the third row, you'll see an icon called Network, click on it.
Select Ethernet and to the right, you will see info displayed.
If the status is Connected, you will see the IP Address listed.
